The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and made sure that every wish was met. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean with all the amenities one could ask for. The view of Lake Lucerne was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The restaurant also offered an excellent dinner, with a selection of local and international dishes. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a historic charm and modern amenities.
