High-flying Swiss chef Mario Garcia welcomes you to a very special event: for one evening only, he's turning the Restaurant National into the 'Bocuse d'Or' kitchen and showing you what you can expect from one of the world's best chefs – perfection.
Mario Garcia, who hails from Lucerne, demonstrates a deep passion for his craft. He became World Champion with the Junior National Culinary Team and secured another World Championship title in 2014 as Captain of that team. The Bocuse d'Or 2019 saw him ranked fifth, the second-best result for Switzerland since the competition's launch. Just for a change, back at the Restaurant National he's now cooking for guests rather than jury members!
