Covid certificate and entry requirements
As of September 13, 2021, the certificate requirement has been expanded to include the following:
We kindly ask you to have the Covid certificate and an identification document (passport, identity card, driver's license, Swiss Pass) ready when visiting our restaurant establishments.
The validity of the certificate is checked at the entrance of our restaurants by means of the "Covid Certificate Check" app and matched with your ID card. Only certificates with QR code are accepted.
Throughout the hotel, the wearing of masks is still compulsory up to the areas with certificate control.
All guests who have a Covid certificate that is not compatible with the EU system must have it converted to a Swiss certificate. Guests from third countries (e.g. USA, Gulf States, South Korea, UK) are affected. Persons who have been vaccinated in a member state of the EU should already have an EU certificate that is also valid in Switzerland. Furthermore, recovered persons from the EU and third countries can also apply for a Swiss Covid certificate.
Here you can find information about the third countries from which the Covid certificate is valid in Switzerland and does not need to be converted.
Guests from third countries can fill out an application form on this website and upload the relevant documents.
The following information must be provided by the guest:
Due to the processing time of up to 5 days, we recommend that you apply for the certificate before entering Switzerland.
