Brioche d'homard - a taste of summer, all year round
Who says lobster rolls are only for summer? At Juliette, our beloved brioche d'homard remains a highlight, no matter the season. The combination of crisp lettuce, apple, and char roe, paired with a glass of Louis Roederer, brings a touch of sunshine to your plate – whether enjoyed on the lakeside terrace or in our cozy indoor space.
Entrecôte double - Pleasure for two
The Sharing Brasserie Juliette is known for its Entrecôte Double "Café de Paris". The tender piece of Swiss meat is enjoyed by two and weighs around 460 grams. It comes with a large portion of homemade Café de Paris sauce - délicieux!
