Festive delights in a special setting
Warm lighting, lovingly laid tables and views of the Grand Hotel National’s elegant surroundings create the perfect setting for your end-of-year celebration. Our kitchen team serves a carefully crafted three-course menu featuring seasonal flavours – classic, festive and with a vegetarian option.
For the starter, you can look forward to a delicate lamb’s lettuce salad, followed by a homemade veal meatloaf with morel cream sauce, parsnip and truffle purée, and glazed carrots. As a vegetarian option, we serve buttered spinach with poached free-range eggs, nut butter espuma and black truffle. To finish, you can choose between a tarte tatin with sour cream ice cream and speculoos crumble or a vanilla éclair with mandarin salad.
Drinks included
To ensure you can relax and enjoy the evening, selected drinks are already included in the offer: a glass of wine with the starter and main course, carefully selected by our sommelier, as well as mineral water, soft drinks and coffee.
