The Ritz and Escoffier ballrooms can be combined for events in Lucerne of up to 280 persons (theater seating). Up to three additional group rooms are available when booking major events. All rooms benefit from daylight and opening windows, as well as air conditioning / ventilation and WiFi.

With our seminar packages, we make it easier for you to calculate your costs. For events lasting several days, we will be happy to submit a customized offer with a flat rate including overnight accommodation.
Half-Day Flat Rate (up to 5 hours)
CHF 85.00 per person per day

- 1 coffee break in the morning or afternoon
- 2-course business lunch of the kitchen's choice incl. mineral water and coffee

Full-Day Flat Rate (from 5 hours)

The All-Inclusive-Seminar Experience
Make your seminars from October to April a success - with our all-inclusive seminar experience, your event will be an experience! You can look forward to an attractive seminar package, comfortable accommodation with breakfast and, if you wish, an enjoyable dinner in the Sharing Brasserie Juliette. We also offer flexible extras such as additional meals, fine coffee breaks or additional technology - according to your needs. You take care of your content - we take care of the rest.
